Operating Hours

• Standard Schedule: Fridays (6PM-10PM), Saturdays (8AM-10PM), and Sundays (8AM-5PM). Usually closed Monday through Friday.

• Special Openings: Occasional weekday slots or full-week schedules will be posted on our social media page.

Court Donations & Booking Rates

All play is strictly on a RESERVATION basis in 60-minute blocks. A reservation deposit is required to secure your slot, with the REMAINING BALANCE settled on-site prior to play.

• Day Light (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) donation starts @ ₱300/hour

  • ₱100 reservation deposit (due upon booking)

  • ₱200 remaining balance (settled on-site)

• Evening Light (5:00 PM – 10:00 PM) donation starts @ ₱350/hour

  • ₱150 reservation deposit (due upon booking)

  • ₱200 remaining balance (settled on-site)

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled slot for check-in.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Rescheduling: Requests made at least 24 hours in advance will be accommodated, subject to court availability.

• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made under 24 hours in advance or failure to show will forfeit the booking.

• Refunds: Requests submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session are eligible for a refund, subject to the deduction of the ManageSports service fee. In the event of an official facility cancellation due to court closure, full refunds will be provided without fee deductions.

Conduct & Facility Guidelines

• Venue Respect: Because our courts are located on seminary grounds, all guests are expected to wear appropriate athletic attire.

• Equipment & Property: Players are responsible for any damage caused to the courts, nets, or facility gear during their reserved session.

• Liability: Vianney Pickleball assumes no liability for personal injury, theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings on the premises.

• Court Management: Management reserves the right to reassign courts of equal standard in cases of maintenance or unforeseen operational needs, with advance notice provided whenever possible.
